Sara Medina has an extensive real estate and hospitality background. Her ability to organize and implement operational procedures has helped MH rapidly expand. Today Sara is focused on creating efficiencies and improving the guest experience.

General Manager - Food & Beverage
An industry veteran of nearly two decades, Joey’s vision and expertise have been essential to the growth and continued success of MH. While working at high volume bars throughout the valley, Joey acquired a fondness for craft cocktails and beer. Joey has applied this knowledge and helped innovate numerous concepts before finding his home at MH.
Natasha Baierl
General Manager - Lodging
Natasha started her career in Hospitality as a housekeeper at the Grand Highland Hotel in 2014. Eventually she was promoted to Assistant Manager and then General Manager. Natasha's attention to detail and customer service helped the hotel receive many awards and accolades. Today Natasha is the General Manager for The Grand Highland Hotel, The Motor Lodge and The Prescott Pines Inn. Her experience and leadership has been instrumental in MH's growth in lodging.
